Safe Hands

People receiving services under the NDIS have the right to be safe and to access quality supports. The NDIS Commission upholds the rights of people with disability, requiring providers to meet standards which they regularly audit.

Our recent audit deemed that IHA has an effective management system that is consistently implemented and meets the requirements of NDIS Practice Standards.  The auditors reported positive feedback from people we support, including:

“They have been good to me, since moving in they have made alterations to my home to meet my health needs, like the UPS power supply because I am on a CPAP Ventilator”.

“I love my new home because I can live alone, I have my own space and able to move around easily with my electric wheelchair”.

“I am happy here”.

We are proud that the audit affirms that people can be assured of our commitment to quality services, evidenced by …

–    Open and transparent practices
–    Continuous improvement
