Greg Paramor
IHA Board Chair, AO

Non-Executive Director of Charter Hall Group, and Former Managing Director of Folkestone
Greg has more than 45 years’ experience in the real estate and funds management industry and is a Non-Executive Director of the Charter Hall Group. Greg is the former Managing Director of Folkestone Limited which was acquired by Charter Hall Group in November 2018. Greg was the co-founder of Growth Equities Mutual, Paladin Australia, and the James Fielding Group and CEO of Mirvac Group between 2004 and 2008. He is a past president of both the Property Council of Australia and Investment Funds Association. Greg is the current Chair of BackTrack, an organisation assisting vulnerable young people, and a board member of the Sydney Swans and Sydney Swans Foundation.
Previously, Greg held Board seats at the National Breast Cancer Foundation and was a founding Director of the Property Industry Foundation supporting a wide range of charities.

Richard Dinham

Non-Executive Director of Achieve Australia, and founding Chairman of DesignInc Ltd
Richard is an architect who has enjoyed a long career in the construction industry, including senior positions at Leighton Holdings. He was also the founding Chairman of DesignInc Ltd, an international design practice.
He has held executive positions in the Institute of Architects and represented the industry on the Built Environment Advisory Board of the CSIRO.
He is a member of the NSW Building Professions’ Board Committees and is currently a member of the Property and Finance committees of Achieve Australia. Richard completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 
 
Steve Lambert

Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member, Capital Market Specialist
Steve is a recently retired senior international banker. During his career, he led a number of large teams and has been a pioneer in the development of the Australian corporate bond market. He is an acknowledged expert in specialised finance and has been the major driver of innovations including the growth in the high yield and non-rated domestic bond market, in the development of specialist debt funds, in environmental and social finance. He is an acknowledged leader in Australian infrastructure financing.
Steve is the former Executive General Manager of Corporate Finance at NAB and in 2018 established a boutique consultancy, Capital Market Advisory Services and has become an angel investor, board member or advisor with groups involved in education, sustainable development and financial market disruption. He is the independent chair of Our Money Market based in Adelaide, is an Executive Director with Athena Home Loans and an advisor with Lumi Financial. He is an independent member of the investment committee of CVS Lane Capital and New Zealand based Endeavour Services.
He is a Fellow of the Corporate Treasurers Association, the Finance and Securities Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been active on a number of external boards including the Global Steering Committee of the United Nations Environment Programme – Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), Impacting Investing Australia (IIA) and the Advisory Board of the Australian Centre & Financial Studies (ACFS).

Lawrie Gibbs

Lawrie is Managing Director and co-founder of BG Capital Corporation Pty Limited in 2000.
Lawrie has over 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry. BG Capital specialises in M & A, strategic advice and equity capital markets. Primarily focused on the listed and unlisted property, funds management, capital market sectors and resources.
Previously Lawrie was Head of Investment Banking-Corporate Finance at Burdett Buckeridge Young (“BBY”) for 9 years. During this time, Lawrie was Corporate advisor and Transaction leader in over 60 transactions in market sectors including; Property, Telecommunications, Health Care, Recruitment, Technology and Diversified Mid-Cap Industrials.
Lawrie commenced his career in corporate advisory, M&A and equity capital markets, at Pittsburgh National Bank and previously as an equities analyst or Investment Manager for a number of major financial institutions including Westpac Banking Corporation, Mercantile Mutual, and General Accident Fire & Life.
