IHA will address the current supply constraints of specialist disability accommodation by attracting socially conscious investors and by consulting with people with disability as well as service providers to provide a sustainable model under the NDIS.
IHA aspires to be the market leader in the delivery and management of quality disability accommodation under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
IHA will oversee and manage a scalable commercial platform that will develop, acquire, own and provide specialist disability accommodation solutions for individuals with disability.
