IHA is a property fund manager and specialist disability accommodation provider formed as a joint venture between Achieve Australia Limited (Achieve) and Leftfield Social Housing Pty Limited (Leftfield).

Achieve provides experience and expertise in the provision of services to SDA assets, as well as providing an existing portfolio of SDA accommodation. Leftfield brings a strong track record of investing in emerging sectors of the property market and providing property funds management.

Achieve

Achieve is a for-purpose community organisation that has been providing accommodation and services to people with disability since 1952. Achieve is a champion of social inclusion, focusing on the individual needs and lives of people with disability.

Achieve is an NDIS registered provider, administered by the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC); and delivers expert disability support services around greater Sydney and the Northern Rivers regions of NSW.

Achieve currently supports more than 500 individuals with disability; 300 of whom live independently, across 55 community homes and 28 fully accessible NDIS approved SDA apartments.

Leftfield

Leftfield is a privately owned and managed subsidiary of the Paramor Group. Its mandate is to invest in socially responsible housing that improves the lives of those who need it most.

Leftfield has a strong track record in property funds management, real estate sectors in addition to impact investing. Key personnel have many years’ experience across all real estate sectors including Childcare, Commercial, Hotels, Industrial Retail and Retirement.
