Adrian has 33 years of experience in funds management, real estate, government, and the not-for-profit sectors across Australia, the UK, and the US. He is Chair of Charter Hall Direct Property Management which oversees $10bn in real estate funds, a Senior Advisor to Lighthouse Infrastructure on affordable housing, Non-Executive Director of the ACT Government’s Suburban Land Agency, NSW Chair of Housing All Australians and a member of the University of Canberra's Development and Planning Committee. Appointed by the Federal Government, Adrian held the position of Chair at both the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (now Housing Australia) and the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI). He has held senior positions at Charter Hall, Folkestone, Mirvac, Deutsche Asset Management, Paladin and the Property Council of Australia. Adrian is an Honorary Life Member of the NSW Division of the Property Council of Australia.
Kelly Suber is the Chief Operating Officer at Inclusive Housing Australia, brining over 20 years’ experience in transformational change. Kelly has led in private enterprise, large government agencies and the disability sector through complex periods of change. Specialising in leading cross-functional teams across internal and external stakeholders to bring about fundamental change and improvement in strategy, process, and profitability – both as a leader and an expert consultant. What differentiates Kelly from others in the sector is the ability to identify and manage the risks and consequences from transformation and leadership keeping employees, community, and all partners at the forefront. In all her work she maintains the mandate ‘that it is not about the change, it is always about the people and their intersection with the change.’
Beck is based in Sydney and Newcastle and brings 25 years of real estate experience to the Inclusive Housing Australia (IHA) team. Her journey into disability housing began in the Northern Territory, where she transitioned from a successful career in real estate to affordable housing, eventually specialising in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). Over the past five years in the Disability/SDA sector, Beck has overseen extensive portfolios nationwide, encompassing privately owned SDA assets and State Government properties. Beck's profound understanding of Residential Tenancies Acts across various jurisdictions proves invaluable in her current role as Customer Engagement Manager at IHA. Her passion for Tenancy Management was recognised by her Real Estate Peers in the NT with her election to the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Institute of Northern Territory (REINT). Beyond her professional commitments, Beck actively engages with her community, holding executive roles within the local school P&C and Pony Club. Beck finds fulfilment in spending time with her children and horses on her farm in the upper Hunter region. For Beck, her position at IHA as Customer Engagement Manager presents an opportunity to merge her professional expertise with her passion for fostering community within the SDA property sector.
Kate was born in Wales and graduated with a BA (Hons) Business Studies in England before moving to Australia, where she commenced a long and esteemed career in the property sector. Settling in Sydney, Kate began working as a project manager for the NSW Department of Family and Community Services where she oversaw multiple accommodation projects to meet Government Accommodation and Procurement Guidelines. More recently, she was a Business Development Manager for commercial fit out company, responsible for successfully managing relationships with new and existing clients by ensuring projects were delivered efficiently, within budget and to the highest possible standard. Kate describes her current role as Asset Manager with IHA as ‘very rewarding’. “My overriding commitment is to develop and maintain high quality disability accommodation,” she says. “Knowing our properties are always of the highest standard and that our customers have the potential to live their best lives is very gratifying.”
Jacky has extensive experience in advising business owners from the SDA Accommodation, food, beverage and hospitality indutries. This also includes working closely with family offices. He has worked with businesses in a range of speciality services including performance improvement, financing, and reviewing new business ventures. He also has assisted companies in adopting technology which has resulted in driving the efficiency in business processes and improvement in data collection systems that drive business decision making. His experience includes business advisory, international dealings, business mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, taxation, financial accounting, SMSFs and taxation planning.
Niki serves as the Licensee in Charge at Inclusive Housing Australia (IHA), overseeing the adherence and proper application of state and territory-specific Residential Tenancies Acts across their SDA homes. With extensive property industry experience, Niki holds her real estate licenses in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. In addition to her role at IHA, Niki is a Director at the Leftfield Group, a multi-disciplinary Fund Manager, and holds a 50% ownership stake in IHA. Her combined expertise in property management and strategic investment contributes significantly to IHA's operations and growth strategy.
