Inclusive Housing
The National Disability Strategy has placed great importance on building new, fit-for-purpose homes for people with disability.
We know that finding suitable housing in the private market is difficult. Barriers are often presented through the detailed design of purpose-built homes, making it hard to find suitable accommodation which meets the needs of people with disability.
The more homes we build that feature universal and accessible design features, the more we can open the community to people with disability, providing greater choice to people and more social and inclusive opportunities.
We take the time to understand the individual needs of each person we support to best meet their unique needs.
