IHA is jointly owned by Achieve Australia and Leftfield Social Housing. While both organisations are run separately, they share a belief that inclusion for people with disability begins at home.
Achieve is a for-purpose community organisation that has been providing accommodation and services to people with disability since 1952. Achieve is a champion of social inclusion, focusing on the individual needs and lives of people with disability.
Achieve currently supports more than 500 individuals with disability; 300 of whom live independently, across 55 community homes and 28 fully accessible NDIS-approved SDA apartments.
