Code of Conduct
The Code of conduct outlines IHA’s expectations for the standards of behaviour and conduct expected from paid staff, contractors, volunteers or business partners. They are expected to be familiar with the Code and use it always. It applies in all circumstances and at all times including when working or otherwise representing IHA.

Rights and Responsibilities
This policy outlines the framework to ensure IHA staff, subcontractors, suppliers and volunteers identify and meet their duty of care to the people we support, whilst recognising their right to make informed choices and take calculated risks.

Each participant accesses supports that respect and protect their dignity and right to privacy. IHA is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of personal or sensitive information collected with regard to the people we support.

IHA's Violence, Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation and Discrimination Policy has been developed to ensure participant accesses supports free from violence, abuse, neglect, exploitation or discrimination.

Feedback and Complaints
The Feedback and Complaints System ensures each participant has knowledge of and access to the provider’s complaints management and resolution system. Complaints and other feedback made by all parties are welcomed, acknowledged, respected and well-managed.

The SDA Conflict of Interest- Choice and Control Policy ensures that any conflicts of interest are eliminated where possible and where they cannot be eliminated, they are disclosed in advance so that they can be managed.
