Inclusive Housing Australia is excited to be developing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) at Kings Central, Werrington. IHA has purchased four blocks of land in this community with plans to build a mix of 2 & 3 bedroom houses, offering 10 SDA homes in total.
Kings Central is a modern and vibrant master-planned community located just a short distance from Werrington train station and only minutes from the Great Western Highway. Developed by Lendlease, one of Australia’s leading property developers, this master-planned community is set to provide contemporary homes and community spaces within a vibrant live-work-play environment.
The SDA at Kings Central will provide supported living and support services to people with physical, intellectual and mental health disabilities. This includes the provision of quality SDA homes that can support specialist support services such as personal care, homemaking and case management. In addition to this, participants will enjoy enhanced connection and convenience with access to a range of amenities close to their home including transport, education, recreation and leisure activities.
The Werrington project is a collaborative effort between Inclusive Housing Australia and the Thorndale Foundation. IHA's collaboration with the Thorndale Foundation enables local professionals with specialist skills to become engaged in providing support services tailored to meet the individual needs of each person. Participants will have access to high-quality support interventions designed specifically for them by qualified practitioners, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
Inclusive Housing Australia is proud to lead this innovative SDA development and we look forward to its completion in 2024 when we can begin welcoming participants and their families into their new homes and enhanced lifestyle.
