Achieve Australia developed the original concept of Inclusive Housing Australia (IHA) and then partnered with Leftfield Social Housing to bring the model to market in 2019. IHA is now partnering with Lighthouse in relation to existing SDA and prepares to work with Government agencies and SIL providers to assist more people to move into new SDA options that enable individuals to fulfil their potential in a safe, supported environment.
A partnership is now in place with Lighthouse Infrastructure, which will help us to increase the delivery of new housing projects and more purpose-built quality SDA in inclusive communities.
Lighthouse Infrastructure (Lighthouse) is an independent, sustainable real asset fund manager, that combines innovation and experience to deliver high quality investment outcomes to institutional investors.
This focus on specialised accommodation will help to address the gap in fit-for-purpose disability housing and present expanded accommodation options for people with disability.
