Account Registration and Use

Payments
Except as expressly provided below, any payments you submit through the website including rental deposits, rental payments or any other services or transactions, are for services provided by IHA. The total payment amounts required for those transactions are determined solely by you and IHA with whom you are entering an agreement. You acknowledge that you will address any discrepancies, issues or concerns with such payments by contacting IHA. IHA may collect these payments directly from website users as provided by the website or services. You acknowledge these payments are subject to change.

Agreements
Any agreements that you enter though the website (including but not limited to those agreements for which you electronically sign an Accommodation Agreement) are for services provided by IHA. You acknowledge that you will address any issues or concerns with such agreements with IHA. If you choose to use the electronic signature execution functionality, you understand, acknowledge and agree that you have carefully reviewed the disclosure relating to the use of your electronic signature to execute documents and will not execute such documents with your electronic signature without providing your consent to use your electronic signature. You agree that you will rely on your own legal counsel to determine the sufficiency of the electronic signature execution of the documents and their enforceability.
Social Media
IHA uses several social media platforms to complement our delivery of services and to make users and other members of the public aware of our activities. The social media presences include but are not limited to Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. In relation to Social Media Presences, you acknowledge and agree:
- you will not use any of our Social Media Presences or commonly used hashtags or handles to promote services without prior written approval;
- our Social Media Presences do not provide professional advice of any kind and use of information from our Social Media Presence is solely at your own risk and without liability to IHA of any kind;
- We do not endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted by users/members of our Social Media Presences. Any information or material placed online by users, including advice and opinions, is the view and responsibility of those users and does not necessarily represent our views; and
- comments and message on our Social Media Presences may be ‘post-moderated’, meaning that comments will be published automatically and may be reviewed by us after publication. While we review public comments on a regular basis, there may be times when inappropriate or offensive posts or comments that do not meet the terms of use appear before they can be removed. We do not accept liability for such posts.
Liability
We exclude complete liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating in any way to your access and use of this website. Where any law implies a warranty into these terms of use which may not be lawfully be excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of the warranty will at our option be limited to the supply of any service again, or the payment of the cost of having the service supplied again.
